High-Pressure Storage - Air supply for fast refills
Storage tanks are frequently used to provide extra filling capacity during peak perods. The storage cylinders can either be opened"all at once" in a single pressure stage, or "cascaded" into the cylinders to be filled, usually in 3 stages. Ideally the storage pressure should be higher than the filling pressure, 300 bar storage systems are the most common. The storage systems can be used with most compressors and are best suited for automatic operation (eg ECC or auto start option). L&W has a full range of storage modules up to 105m3 each of which can be combined with other modules for indidual configuration. The &W cascade management panels are availble in 1,2, 3 and 4 stage versions. Consult us with your filling requirements.
